Raspberry mango crumble oat pie

Serves 8
Turn oven to 225 oC

Mix in a large bowl:
6 dl oat flakes
1,5 dl liquid margarine or 150 g margarine or butter (melted)
1,5 dl sugar (brown makes the best)

Put half of the crumbs in a pie dish
Add 4 dl (frozen) raspberries and 2 dl mango dices (frozen is easy)
Put the rest of the crumbs on top and bake for aprrox. 15 min.

Eat with custard, vanilla ice cream or whipped cream....
